This chilli feta breakfast hash is my go-to recipe when I want a quick and easy meal with a bit of a kick.

With spinach, tomatoes, and spring onions, it gives you a good head start on getting your 5-a-day, and it’s the kind of dish that’s tasty and filling despite being friendly on the waistline.

If you want an extra treat then serve it with a chunk of sourdough bread – but it’s a satisfying meal in its own right, at any time of the day!
