  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning salt-free
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • Slice the yellow, green, and red bell peppers, plus the red onion.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the avocado oil, fajita seasoning, and salt. Add the chicken and veggies.
  • Toss everything until the chicken and vegetables are nicely coated.
  • Spread the seasoned chicken and veggies in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 11 minutes.
  • After 11 minutes, pull out the basket and give it a good shake, or use tongs to flip the chicken and veggies.
  • Pop it back in and cook for another 11 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender with a little char.
  • Once everything’s done, take the fajitas out of the air fryer and serve right away with warm tortillas, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, or whatever toppings you love.
