Servings: 4
- 1 ½ lb boneless & skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
BBQ Butter Honey Glaze
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the chicken in a single layer and air fry for 6 minutes. Shake the basket, then continue cooking for another 4–6 minutes, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
While the chicken cooks, warm the BBQ sauce, butter, and honey in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth and glossy, about 5–8 minutes.
Transfer the hot chicken to a bowl and toss with the warm honey BBQ glaze until evenly coated.
