Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and gently pound them to an even thickness.
  • Arrange the chicken in a baking dish in a single layer.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Spoon the pan juices over the chicken before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
