Servings: 6
- 30 pieces salami
- 6 cracker slices cheddar cheese
- 12 blackberries
- 18 grapes
- 6 rosemary sprigs
- 6-12 club crackers
- 6 gherkins
Start with the greenery: Begin by placing a small sprig of rosemary in each cup — it gives that “mini Christmas tree” vibe and smells amazing too.
Make your cheese stars: Use a small star-shaped cutter to punch stars out of your cheese slices.
Fold the salami: Fold each piece of salami in half, then in half again, and thread 4–5 pieces onto a skewer. Pop one into each cup for that classic charcuterie touch.
Add the cheese + fruit skewer: Skewer a cheese star, then add a couple of blackberries beneath it. This adds a nice pop of color and flavor.
Add the pickles: Thread a gherkin onto another skewer and tuck it into the cup — a little tang balances all that richness.
Finish with grapes: Add 3 grapes to a skewer and place them in each cup. For a more balanced look, trim the bottom of the skewer so some items sit lower than others — it adds that pretty layered effect.
Serve and enjoy: Arrange all the cups on a tray or platter for an instant showstopper at your next holiday gathering.
