Ingredients

  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese cubed
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Assemble the tree: Start at the top of a large platter (bonus points if it’s tree-shaped!) with a layer of Gouda cheese cubes.
  • Build the layers: Add a row of cherry tomatoes just under the Gouda, then follow with a row of Colby Jack cubes, keeping the triangle/tree shape as you go.
  • Add greenery: Tuck in sprigs of fresh rosemary beneath the Colby Jack to give it that evergreen look.
  • Keep going: Repeat the pattern — Gouda, cherry tomatoes, Colby Jack — working your way down the board.
  • Finish it off: Place more rosemary sprigs along the bottom to complete the tree. It’s festive, colorful, and ready for snacking.
