Crockpot Crab Dip

This crockpot crab dip is luxuriously creamy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with tender lump crab. Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
  • cup sliced green onions plus more for topping
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce I used Tabasco, to taste
  • 1 ½ teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ½ teaspoons old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the crab dip ingredients straight into the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, giving it a stir halfway through, until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot and bubbling.
  • Stir again just before serving, then top with extra green onions. Serve with toasted baguette slices, your favorite crackers, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
