- 2 onions sliced
- 3 pound chuck roast
- 1 pound baby potatoes halved
- 3 large carrots sliced
- 10.5 ounce can french onion soup
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup water
- Parsley for garnish
Layer the sliced onions, potatoes, and carrots in the bottom of your slow cooker, then place the chuck roast right on top.
In a bowl, whisk together the French onion soup, beefy onion soup mix, garlic, and water until combined.
Pour the mixture over the roast and veggies.
