Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs pork chops 5 pork chops
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 ribs celery sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 6 oz box stove top stuffing mix any flavor
  • ¼ cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Lay the pork chops in the bottom of your crockpot, then sprinkle the onions, celery, and garlic right over the top.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth until smooth, then pour that creamy goodness over the pork chops.
  • Using the same bowl (because we love fewer dishes), stir together the stuffing mix and melted butter until evenly coated.
  • Spread the buttery stuffing mixture over the top of the pork chops and sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach at least 145°F inside.
