Servings: 5
- 2.5 lbs pork chops 5 pork chops
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 ribs celery sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 oz box stove top stuffing mix any flavor
- ¼ cup butter melted
Lay the pork chops in the bottom of your crockpot, then sprinkle the onions, celery, and garlic right over the top.
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth until smooth, then pour that creamy goodness over the pork chops.
Using the same bowl (because we love fewer dishes), stir together the stuffing mix and melted butter until evenly coated.
Spread the buttery stuffing mixture over the top of the pork chops and sauce.
Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and reach at least 145°F inside.
