Slimming Friendly Chips

Whether you choose to use an Actifry or an oven, these chips are amazing. The nutritional information here is based on using low calorie spray. If you decide to use Crisp & Dry instead, add 62 calories per serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 Maris Piper potatoes Approx 3" in diameter
  • Low calorie cooking spray OR Crisp & Dry vegetable oil
  • Seasonings of choice I recommend Spicentice.com - use code SLIMMINGV20 at checkout to save 20% on all orders

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes, and carefully slice into chips. 
  • Place the chips into a colander, and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Pat dry with kitchen roll. 

The Actifry Method

  • Place chips in Actifry and drizzle with either 1 tbsp on Crisp & Dry, or spritz liberally with low calorie cooking spray. 
  • Add any desired seasonings. 
  • Cook for 25 minutes, or until fluffy inside with a slightly crispy exterior. Serve and enjoy! 

The Oven Method

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Spritz a baking tray with low calorie spray, and arrange the chips on top. Spritz again so they're well covered. 
  • Add any desired seasonings. 
  • Cook for 30 minutes, turning half way through, or until cooked. Serve and enjoy!
