Air Fryer Greek Yogurt Bagels

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For topping:
- 1 egg beaten, for brushing
- Sesame seeds to taste
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Make a well in the center and add the Greek yogurt and olive oil.
Mix well until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes until smooth and uniform.
Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
Place the dough on a floured surface or parchment paper and divide it into 4 portions.
Shape each portion into a ball and create a hole in the center to form bagels.
Place the bagels in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked inside.
Remove and let cool before serving.
