Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/175°C and line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper. Set them aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, honey, and eggs until everything’s well combined.
  • Add the flour and baking soda to the bowl and mix again, scraping down the sides as you go to make sure it all comes together.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until they’re evenly spread throughout the dough.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop or a spoon, scoop out the batter and drop it onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 3 inches of space between each one.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cookies are just starting to turn golden around the edges.
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet before trying to move them—they’ll firm up as they cool!
