Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken wings
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 4 tbsp chilies in adobo the sauce only
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add the chicken wings to your slow cooker. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, honey, adobo sauce, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings.
  • Pour half of the sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Once cooked, transfer the wings to a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with the remaining sauce. Broil for 3–4 minutes, until sticky and slightly caramelized.
  • Sprinkle with parsley if desired, then serve warm and enjoy.
