Crockpot Honey Chipotle Chicken Wings

- 3 lb chicken wings
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 4 tbsp chilies in adobo the sauce only
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Add the chicken wings to your slow cooker. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, honey, adobo sauce, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings.
Pour half of the sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Once cooked, transfer the wings to a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with the remaining sauce. Broil for 3–4 minutes, until sticky and slightly caramelized.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired, then serve warm and enjoy.
