Servings: 4 jars
- 3 Pounds Frozen Mixed Berry Blend
- 1 Pound Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
- 2 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
- 3 Teaspoons Ground Allspice
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
Add all of the berries to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the sugar, allspice, ginger, and cinnamon over the top.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, giving it a stir about halfway through.
Once it’s done cooking, use an immersion blender to blend the jam until smooth, or leave it a little chunky if you prefer.
Carefully pour the jam into mason jars and place the lids on top.
Let the jars sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until cooled. Then tighten the lids and transfer to the fridge.
