- 3 lbs boneless & skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly over the chicken.
Pour the chicken broth over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
