Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 lb kielbasa sausage

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the honey, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, seasonings, and apple cider vinegar until well combined. Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa to your slow cooker, then pour the sauce over the top. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, giving it a stir every now and then.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with parsley if you like, and serve with toothpicks as an easy appetizer, or spoon it over rice for a simple dinner.
