Crockpot Sweet & Spicy Kielbasa Bites

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 lb kielbasa sausage
In a medium bowl, stir together the honey, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, seasonings, and apple cider vinegar until well combined. Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
Add the sliced kielbasa to your slow cooker, then pour the sauce over the top. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, giving it a stir every now and then.
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with parsley if you like, and serve with toothpicks as an easy appetizer, or spoon it over rice for a simple dinner.
