Servings: 12
- 12 hot links or hot dogs
- 8 oz tube crescent dough sheet
- 24 edible candy eyes
- Ketchup to stick the eyes on and for dipping sauce
Preheat your oven to 360°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the crescent dough sheet on a clean surface, then use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice it into thin ½-inch strips.
Wrap 1–2 strips around each hot dog, leaving a little gap for the “face” where the eyes will go. Place your mummies on the prepared baking sheet and keep wrapping until they’re all dressed up.
Bake for 15–17 minutes, until the dough is puffed, golden, and your mummies look perfectly wrapped.
Add a tiny dab of ketchup in the face opening, then press on the candy eyes while it’s still tacky so they stick. Spooky and super cute!
