Start by lining up your plastic shot cups on a flat, moveable surface like a baking sheet or large plate—this makes it way easier to transfer them to the fridge later.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the strawberry jello powder with the boiling water. Stir well until the jello is completely dissolved—no gritty bits!

Pour in the vodka and give it another stir to combine.

Carefully fill each shot cup with the jello mixture, leaving a little space at the top so they don’t spill.

Pop the tray into the fridge and let the shots chill for at least 2 hours, or until they’re fully set.
