Ingredients

  • Russet potatoes: These are considered to be the absolute best potatoes for making fries – the high starch content helps to create that crisp exterior and fluffy middle, as well as no sogginess.
  • Olive oil
  • Truffle oil: The star ingredient that gives these fries their rich, earthy, and gourmet truffle flavor. A little goes a long way, so it’s added after cooking to preserve its aroma and taste.
  • Parmesan cheese: This adds a savory, salty, and slightly nutty flavor that pairs perfectly with the truffle oil.
  • Salt
  • Fresh parsley: Adds a pop of color and freshness, giving the fries a light, herby contrast to the bold flavors of the truffle and Parmesan.
