Crockpot Teriyaki Steak Bites
I’m so excited to bring you this brand new crockpot recipe that’s just perfect if you want a takeout inspired dinner, or you’re bored of the same old recipes in your slow cooker rotation and you want to try something new!
My crockpot teriyaki steak bites are easy to make, loaded with flavor, and take just 15 minutes of prep. The steak gets a quick sear for extra flavor, then cooks low and slow with pineapple, garlic, and a simple teriyaki-style sauce until it’s soft and full of flavor. How To Make Crockpot Teriyaki Steak Bites

Storage & Reheating
Steak is always going to best when served fresh, but if you have leftovers, you can keep them for easy lunches for the next few days. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave until warmed through, stirring occasionally. If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of water or broth to loosen it back up.

Recipe Notes
Searing the steak before adding it to the slow cooker adds extra flavor and helps keep the meat juicy.
Sirloin or flank steak both work well here and stay tender during slow cooking.
Cut the steak into evenly sized pieces so everything cooks at the same rate.
Try not to overcook! Once the steak is tender, it’s ready. Cooking too long can cause it to break down more than you want.
If the sauce feels too thin at the end, you can remove the lid for the last 20–30 minutes to help it thicken, or stir in a quick cornstarch slurry.
If it thickens too much as it sits, just add a splash of water or broth when reheating to loosen it back up.
For a little extra texture and freshness, add the scallions right before serving rather than during cooking.
