  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for searing

  • 1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup chicken broth

  • ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, for topping

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions: 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder.

  2. Sprinkle about three-quarters of the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs and set them aside. Reserve the remaining seasoning for the potatoes.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for 5–7 minutes, until the skin is browned and crisp. Transfer the chicken to a plate. (You can sear the other side if desired.)

  4. Add the baby potatoes, minced garlic, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the slow cooker.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded parmesan cheese and the reserved seasoning over the potatoes and stir gently to combine.

  6. Arrange the seared chicken thighs on top in an even layer.

  7. Cover and cook on Low for 6–8 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are fork-tender.

  8. Just before serving, top with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

  2. Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  3. Brown the pork chops in the skillet until just seared on both sides.

  4. Add potatoes to the bottom of the Crockpot.

  5. Place pork chops on top of the potatoes.

  6. In a bowl, whisk together Parmesan garlic wing sauce, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.

  7. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.

  8. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours, until the pork chops and potatoes are tender.
