I love nothing more than a simple kitchen hack that makes it quick and easy to have a family dinner on the table without any unnecessary fuss, and today we’re talking about one of my all-time favorites – readymade ravioli! You can pick up packets of this ingredient in almost every grocery store, and with a wide variety of fillings and flavors, and it makes the perfect base for easy pasta dinners that everyone at your table will love. 

It’s just a case of creating a sauce, adding some extras like fresh veggies and a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese, and you’re ready to go. From creamy Tuscan ravioli to fresh and vibrant ravioli pasta salad, I hope you’ll enjoy these recipes as much as I do! 

Of course, if you like, you can make fresh, homemade ravioli to include in these dishes – but for quick midweek meals, I highly recommend using readymade as your base.

This one is inspired by the ‘marry me pasta’ recipes that have been going viral over on TikTok over the past year or two, and legend has it that the flavors are so good that they might just inspired a marriage proposal. I can’t promise you that, but I can guarantee that you’ll have an absolutely delicious dinner! 

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh cheese ravioli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 /2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
