I love cooking for a crowd at Thanksgiving and being able to watch my loved ones all enjoy a special meal around the table, but there’s no denying that with so many dishes to prepare, and often more mouths to feed than usual, things can very quickly get stressful in the kitchen! 

That’s exactly why my trusty crockpot comes out at this time every year. It frees up more space in the oven and on the stove, and I’ve found it’s the perfect solution for creating delicious side dishes, from creamy mashed potatoes, to classic sausage and apple stuffing.
