12 Easy Keto Salad Recipes You’ll Love
Introducing all the best low carb, keto friendly salad recipes that you’ll want to add to your lunchtime rotation! I’ve been following keto on and off for a few years now, and having a few good salads in my back pocket has been a total lifesaver. They lighten things up when you’re feeling a little bored of really meat-heavy meals, they make sure you’re getting enough veggies and goodness into your diet, and they’re also super easy to prep. It’s mostly just a case of throwing everything into a bowl and tucking in.
Quick note: every salad on this list is totally flexible. Feel free to swap proteins, adjust dressings, or leave ingredients out depending on your macros, preferences, or whatever happens to be hanging about in your fridge. Keto doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing, and these salads are meant to work with real life. I know many followers don’t like to eat tomatoes, for example, as they’re a little higher in carbs, so you do you and make changes that you see fit for your needs!
