Keto Chicken Nuggets

When I first started following keto, I made it my mission to recreate some of my favorite dishes and make them low carb. Sticking to any diet is always so much easier when you’re able to eat the foods you really love, and these keto chicken nuggets are one of my favorite choices that I found along the way!

So quick, so easy to make with a handful of easy ingredients, and perfect for feeding the whole family (because who has time to make multiple different meals every night of the week?), these little bites taste amazing and are ready in less than 20 minutes. Whether you’re looking for an easy keto dinner idea, an appetizer, or a quick snack, they’re one to try.

A serving of five nuggets contains around 280 calories, 1g carbs, and a whopping 45g protein, so they’re ideal for fitting into your macros. I think you’ll agree they’re a total winner!
