Make a meal of it with your very own Indian fakeaway

An Indian isn’t an Indian without the side dishes, and just because you’re watching your waistline it doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a bit of indulgence and recreate the takeaway experience at home.

Cut down the preparation time with Spicentice

Generally speaking, I love cooking from scratch.

Ready made sauces and jars are usually packed with a load of hidden ingredients that rack up the calories, and the taste is never quite as satisfying as homemade.

When it comes to the herbs and spices required for cooking an Indian meal though, I’m happy to cut a corner in the form of using Spicentice jalfrezi spices.
