This is a generous serving, and if you have a smaller appetite or you’re looking for snack ideas, you might want to consider cutting your cheesecake into 3 or 4 servings instead. Of course, if you do this, then you’ll need to alter the nutritional values accordingly.

Well, the average man needs to consume around 2,500 calories a day in order to maintain a healthy body weight.
For the average woman, it’s around 2,000 calories a day.
