If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll absolutely love this slimming friendly banana cake.

It’s quick and easy to make, and is a great choice if you’ve got friends coming over, want to impress someone special, or just fancy something indulgent but light for breakfast.

As you’ll know if you’re a regular reader, I’m a big fan of cooking and baking from scratch. Today though, we’re using a little bit of a cheat.

There’s nothing wrong with making life a little easier sometimes, and I know that you’ll be really impressed with the result!

For the full ingredients list and detailed instructions, see the recipe card at the end of this post. Make sure you check out this important information first though…

The Skinny Food Co’s Banana Cake Mix

Like I’ve mentioned, we’re using a bit of a cheat here, in the form of The Skinny Food Co’s Banana Cake Mix

This makes the recipe super quick, easy, and so, so, tasty.

The mix uses 100% natural flavours and colours, and zero palm oil.
