Jelly and custard is everyone’s favourite retro combination, and this Slimming World trifle combines them both to make a tasty, fun dessert that everyone in the family will love. 

It’s also quick and easy, and is the perfect kind of kitchen project to get the kids involved with.

Slimming World Raspberry Trifle

This raspberry trifle recipe is the perfect dessert when you're following a slimming plan.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet sugar free raspberry jelly crystals
  • 2 handfuls raspberries
  • 1 pot Muller Light Banana & Custard Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp hundreds & thousands sprinkles
  • 4 tbsp reduced fat squirty cream

Instructions

  • Make up your jelly according to the packet instructions. Divide one handful of the raspberries between 2 serving glasses, and pour over the jelly. Put in the fridge and leave to set for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove from the fridge and spoon over the yoghurt.
  • Squirt on the squirty cream.
  • Sprinkle over the hundreds and thousands.
  • Add a few raspberries to the top of each trifle, and serve the rest alongside.
  • Enjoy!
