Jelly and custard is everyone’s favourite retro combination, and this Slimming World trifle combines them both to make a tasty, fun dessert that everyone in the family will love.
It’s also quick and easy, and is the perfect kind of kitchen project to get the kids involved with.

Possible tweaks you can make to this recipe
Don’t be scared to get creative and put your own stamp on this recipe! Here are a few ideas that you might want to try…
- Use a different flavour sugar free jelly. In the supermarket, you’ll often find strawberry, orange, and lemon and lime
- Add different fruits, such as sliced strawberries and grapes. Avoid pineapple, mango, and kiwi though, as they can prevent your jelly from setting
- Can’t find the Muller Light Banana & Custard yoghurt? You could easily substitute it for low fat readymade custard pots

It’s hard to believe that this Jammie Dodger cheesecake is slimming friendly, but it is! I like to cut it into 4, to make mini desserts for after a meal.
Slimming World Raspberry Trifle
Ingredients
- 1 sachet sugar free raspberry jelly crystals
- 2 handfuls raspberries
- 1 pot Muller Light Banana & Custard Yoghurt
- 1 tsp hundreds & thousands sprinkles
- 4 tbsp reduced fat squirty cream
Instructions
- Make up your jelly according to the packet instructions. Divide one handful of the raspberries between 2 serving glasses, and pour over the jelly. Put in the fridge and leave to set for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and spoon over the yoghurt.
- Squirt on the squirty cream.
- Sprinkle over the hundreds and thousands.
- Add a few raspberries to the top of each trifle, and serve the rest alongside.
- Enjoy!
