1. Chocolate Cottage Cheese Mousse Pudding

These chocolate cottage cheese mousse pudding pots tick all the boxes. They’re chocolatey, they’re packed with protein, and they actually really do feel like proper dessert. The cottage cheese brings a subtle tang (and I promise that they definitely don’t taste like cottage cheese!) that always reminds me of a chocolate cheesecake. Add your favorite toppings like chocolate chips or fresh berries, or pop a few in the freezer to enjoy later as an ice cream style dessert.

2. Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cottage cheese in chocolate chip cookies might sound a bit of a strange idea, but trust me on this one. It really works! The result is a super soft, slightly chewy bite that’s higher in protein and packed with your favorite kind of chocolate chips. Best of all, you’ll only need a handful of store-cupboard ingredients and they come together in less than 20 minutes.
