Marmite Chilli Mac & Cheese Bites
Ingredients
- 100 grams dried macaroni
- 40 grams reduced fat cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Marmite
- 2 tbsp plain quark
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes feel free to use more or less, depending on how much heat you like!
- 1 spring onion chopped, optional - for garnishing
- Low calorie cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Cook the macaroni according to packet instructions. Drain, rinse, and allow to cool.
- Add the macaroni to the bowl with the eggs, cheese (reserving a little bit for sprinkling), quark, Marmite, and chilli. Mix well.
- Spritz 8 holes of a muffin tray with low calorie cooking spray, and divide the mixture equally between them. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Serve and enjoy!
