Do you need an Actifry to make these Oxo roast potatoes?
I’ve tried this recipe both in the Actifry and in the oven, and I have to admit that they turn out that extra bit more special when using the Actifry. They’re crispier, they’re fluffier, and just all round more delicious.
Still though, if you don’t have an Actifry, it’s still worth giving them a go, and I think you’ll still be pretty damn impressed with the result.
You’ll notice in the instructions that I’ve provided you with two methods to choose from, depending on the gear that you’re going to be using.
How to serve your roasties

These cheese and bacon scones are lovely on a cold day, served with a bowl of steaming hot soup… And there are just 2.5 Syns per portion!
I love a spicy meal, and this Goan prawn curry is hands down one of my all-time favourite meals. Why not give it a go next time you fancy an Indian?

The Actifry Method

Do you remove the paddle in the actifry? As I did roast potatoes before and it mashed them up into wee bits?
No, I leave the paddle in! I parboil the potatoes first, so it’s less time in the Actifry 🙂 let me know how you get on!
