Syn Free Chicken Supreme
You know those recipes that you love so much, that you end up cooking week after week and ultimately get a bit bored of? I did exactly that with this Slimming World chicken supreme recipe, and it ended up being ditched from my menu plans for a while!
I’ve recently rediscovered it though, and I’ve been reminded of all the reasons that I love it.
It’s rich and creamy so feels like a real treat, but with zero syns and 358 calories per portion, it’s not going to do any damage to your weight loss plans.
If you love finding a lighter option that’s absolutely nothing like diet food, why not give it a try?

For the full ingredients list and detailed instructions, see the recipe card at the end of this post. Make sure you check out this important information first though…
So what’s the deal with quark?
Chicken supreme is traditionally made with lashings of double cream, which obviously makes it a bit problematic if you’re following Slimming World or a calorie controlled diet.
That’s why I substitute it for quark in this recipe. I do know that people are quite often a bit ‘iffy’ about quark. It’s not particularly widely used, so you might not be that familiar with cooking with it.
It’s been popular with dieters for years though, and thanks to it being low in calories and fat, it’s a brilliant substitute for cream when you’re whipping up lighter recipes.
Quark is officially a cheese, though it has a taste and texture almost exactly like a thick natural yoghurt.
I also love serving it with berries for a quick and easy breakfast, and it’s quite often used to make cheesecakes, curries, dips, and even cakes.
My advice here is to give it a go… I really do think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
How to serve your chicken supreme
I usually serve this Slimming World chicken supreme with a side of mash, green beans, and roasted tomatoes. If you’re trying to get in extra speed foods, you could choose swede mash instead of potato.
If you fancy something a little more summery, try a portion of rice and a fresh green salad.
